The applicant is required to take and successfully complete a one-week licensing course, either online or at a designated location. Matrix Mortgage Global is heavily involved in the business community; as such we have courses via different organizations that you may be required to attend for business development purposes. Additionally, we have weekly training sessions at our office where you will become familiar with new lending products and sales techniques. A growth mindset is part of our company value system, therefore training is ongoing.
